Returns and Exchanges

We accept no returns after 30 days and without written authorization.
All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or $50.00 whichever is greater.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returned items must be in original condition,uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer
If sent freight charges collect, amount of shipping charges will be billed and deducted from customer refund.
Special orders may require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable.

No returns on electrical, special order, custom manufactured items or European ordered parts.
Before any product is returned, contact Advanced Automotion by email or phone. After submitting your request for a return product should be sent to:

Your invoice number must be visible on the outside of the package for proper return processing. Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a refusal of shipment, loss of product, and delay your refund.

Shipping and Delivery

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site or through Advanced Automotion pass to you (or your authorized receipient) when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Advanced Automotion will not be held liable for any damage to any items while in transit.
If you receive an item damaged, notify the delivery person immediately. Do not discard any packaging materials, boxes, or broken items.
Items sent via freight must be inspected and any damaged noted on delivery receipt. The Freight carrier is required to allow 30 minutes for freight inspection.
You will receiver replacement items.However we do require a damage claim number from the shipping agent.
Filing a claim will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Once you have a damage claim number, call Advanced Automotion for immediate part replacement.
Claims will be denied by the freight company if there is no damage notation on delivery receipt.
Any additional freight fees suchs as but not limited to redelivery fees, liftback fees, additional services are the responsibiliy of the receiver.
Advanced Automotion will not be liable for any additional fees over and above the basic freight charges.
