Returns and Exchanges

We accept no returns after 30 days and without written authorization. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or $50.00 whichever is greater.

Special orders may require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable.

No returns on electrical, special order, custom manufactured items or European ordered parts.

Before any product is returned, contact Advanced Automotion by email or phone. After submitting your request for a return product should be sent to:

Your invoice number must be visible on the outside of the package for proper return processing. Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a refusal of shipment, loss of product, and delay your refund.

Shipping and Delivery

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If you receive an item damaged, notify the delivery person immediately. Do not discard any packaging materials, boxes, or broken items. You will receiver replacement items. However we do require a damage claim number from Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. Once you have a damage claim number, call Advanced Automotion for immediate part replacement. Items sent via freight must be inspected and any damaged noted on delivery receipt. Claims will be denied by the freight company if there is no damage notation on delivery receipt. Advanced Automotion will not be held liable for any damage to any items while in transit.
