Now a mechanical option for those transplanting TDI engines into other vehicles. No wiring to deal, computers, or fault codes to deal with.

These are brand-new Bosch 12mm pump head with 20mm shaft injection pumps. Don't confuse these with the smaller 10/11mm pumps. If your searching for a MTDI pump that can efficiently push fuel through large orifice injectors, this pump will produce more power, and less smoke than the smaller head units. With proper intercooling, and turbo this pump can support fuel flows in excess of 300 horsepower at the crankshaft.

Unlike the 4BT generator pumps commonly used as a base, these pumps feature a low-smoke governor which limits smoke output until boost/RPM increase meaning they will easily pass a snap idle smoke test at your local emission station. Also they feature a superior injection timing mechanism to the familiar 4BT pumps.

The internal governor is setup for 4,000 rpm, but can be by changing spring tension. The low smoke governor can also be adjusted by spring changes.
